Blog #5 PULL UP SKRTTTTTTT

This week went by really fast so I accidentally focused on only two virtues. That virtues were patience and flexibility. On Wednesday, I was at  practice and my friend needed to tell me something. He asked me if I could leave practice early, but unfortunately i couldn't. So after practice, I became flexible with my time and I was able to talk. Then some stuff happened that weren't good, but I was able to help him feel better. Then on of my good friends got mad at me because I was helping my friend. Even with all those events happening, I was patient and able to forgive my friend.

SKRTTTTTTTT Blog #4

This week I focused mainly on tact and flexibility. I did pretty good on flexibility because my friends all needed me this week because its wasn't their best week and I was able to help them all. On top of helping my friends, I was able to start exercising to get cleared for my concussion, and I was able to get helped in Algebra 2. I also did pretty good in tact because my friends were all pretty depressed and  moody so whatever they told me I was able to cheer them up and make their day better.

Blog #3 for SKRV

This week I mainly focused on cleanliness. I did pretty well because I was able to do my bed every morning before I went to school. I was also able to empty out my room because I used to have a lot of bags and extra clothes that I didn't use lol. I did extremely well on tact this week because my friends talked bad about me, but instead of confronting them in a rude way like a used to long back, I ignored and dealt with it. I couldn't do so well because I had a concussion and wasn't feeling good.

2nd blog #littt :))

Throughout the week, I think I did decent in keeping up my cleanliness. The reason I think I did so well this week is because I hate seeing my room messy so I kept in neat. On the other hand, I did find myself ignoring my second virtue ‘tact.’ Trying to keep tact, I was supposed maintain good relations with others. The plan I have to improve tact is really think about stuff before I say it (not that I said anything bad.) I think the virtue I excelled in the most was flexibility because this week has been kind of crazy and I’ve been able to accomplish somethings I had to do.

Experience 1

1st virtue: Cleanliness

The virtue I am picking to is Cleanliness. Cleanliness is the practice of keeping of keeping yourself and your surroundings clean. For example, I will try to keep my room and book bag organized. I am picking this particular virtue because I just had a family death and I am mess right now and I have to get back on my back. My plan to grow my virtue is everyday when I come back from school is to make sure everything is in place. For example, when I take off my uniform, instead of leaving it on my chair, I will take it directly to the hamper. Or when I finish my homework, instead of leaving my stuff on my desk I will put it in my book bag.

 2nd virtue: Tact

The second virtue I am choosing is tact. Tact is a keen sense of what to do or say in order to maintain good relations with others or avoid offense. For example, if one of my friends tells me something mean, instead of arguing back, I will just ignore them. I chose this because I don’t want to get into any arguments with my friends. Another example if my teacher yells at me, instead of talking back, I will just accept the fact I am wrong. My plan on growing this virtue is to think twice about the response I am about to give.

3rd virtue: Flexibility
My third virtue is flexibility. Flexibility is willing to change or to try different things. The reason I chose the virtue flexibility is because I want to try new things because I’ve been very sick since March and I want to enjoy everyday to its fullest. For example, if my friends are doing something new, fun and safe, I would want to join just to enjoy life to its fullest. My plan to grow this virtue is instead of saying no to new activities, instead I will try them out. For example, if my friend were to need help with homework, I would leave soccer practice a few minutes earlier to help her.
